Social Marketing | Invest in Change – DVD Packaging

Voices of Hope Productions worked with New Jersey Community Capital to develop Invest in Change, a short fundraising documentary. New Jersey Community Capital is a community development financial institution (CDFI) that invests in communities throughout New Jersey by providing loans to nonprofit organizations, small businesses and charter schools. They provide capital for affordable housing, education, as well as cultural and health services in low income communities that are in need of development funding. The DVD packaging was designed for the New Jersey Community Capital short documentary project.
Consistent with the philosophy that nonprofit organizations should have the same access to effective and successful communications, media and video documentary resources as corporations, Voices of Hope Productions was awarded a Stevie Award for the project. More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes, in virtually every industry were submitted in more than 40 categories. Voices of Hope Productions competed in the nonprofit PR fundraising category for directing and producing the short documentary.

We were even more pleased with how well they grasped our industry and how strongly they felt about it,” said Jennifer Bredehoft of New Jersey Community Capital, located in Trenton, New Jersey. “A Certificate of Finalist status in the Stevie Awards confirms Voices of Hope Productions’ commitment to quality nonprofit storytelling.”
