The Newark Museum wanted to alert teachers of their new exhibit at the Dreyfus Planetarium. With the help of a full-page Sunday Star Ledger newspaper advertisement and a direct mail postcard campaign, the museum found their Planetarium show booked for the school year.
The campaign was sponsored by Schering-Plough and illustrated their commitment to the community and fostering children’s fascination with science through programs such as the “Impacts” exhibit, which explored the impact of asteroids, comets and meteorites on the solar system.
